The Answers You Need
Why do some of the products only have a white color option?
Most of our suppliers have a print process that is called Direct to Garment (DTG).
DTG stands for direct to garment printing. You may also occasionally see this method called DTF, or direct to fabric printing. The process does exactly what it sounds like–a special printer applies a thin ink right onto the fabric of the garment and in most cases, the original garment is white. Which is why some of the suppliers have a white color option only. No worries though, the images provided in mockups are what will be directly printed on the white garment primary layer.
Why do most Alphagnetics designs only have a Black Background?
Our primary Colors are white, red, silver and silver gradient on a black backgound, however our team of designers will soon be incorporating other background colors in the very near future as well as incorporating other various designs.
What is our return policy?
Our suppliers stand behind their products and at present, we work with 3 suppliers, 2 of which are in the United States and 1 in China and all 3 have varying return policies.
The U.S. Suppliers are Printful and Printify.
If there is an issue with a Printful or Printify product, we'll be required to submit a problem report on behalf of the customer.
Both Printful and Printify have similar 30 Return Policies:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order please email us at most 14 days from receiving the order, this will allow both Neturbiz Enterprises and the Supplier ample time to identify the issue and come to a resolution within the 30-day window.
Claims deemed an error on part of either of the U..S. Suppliers, are covered at the suppliers' expense.

The Supplier located in China is Yoycol.
Yoycol Return Policies:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. Please reach out to us immediately and provide details on the discrepancies and Neturbiz Enterprises will submit a claim on behalf of the customer, however, the window of opportunity is very narrow so please carefully consider reaching out to us within 72 hours from the time of delivery to allow us ample time to
file the claim.
Claims deemed an error on part of Yoycol are covered at Yoycols expense.

What are the payment options?
For Products Ordered through the Etsy Store, Etsy has the highest level of payment protection and support while offering buyers the most payment options - Etsy Offers the following just to name a few:
